GOVERNMENT NEEDS THE SUPPORT OF THE PRIVATE ENTITIES TO ENABLE N'TIONAL YOUTH AUTHORITY STAND TALL_ASH REGIONAL DIR NYA

      The Ashanti Regional Director for the National Youth Authority Mr  George Orwell Amponsa has called on Ghanaian private entities to throw their weight behind the government in its  quest of making the National Youth Authority more functional as required. 


   He explained that ,they sometimes find it difficult to execute their lay down plans for the benefits of the youths due to financial and logistics inadequacies.

According to him his outfit is suppose to  carry out measures from time to time which would  enlighten the youths to persevere in their endeavors which could catapult them to their aspiration but their predicament, hence their clarion call on Ghanaians .







    He brought fore this during interactions with Omono tv in an event to INAUGURATE THE YOUTH PARLIAMENT in the Sekyere Central District of the Ashanti Region.
   

The DCE for the  area Hon Kwadwo Banahene Badiako at the  event urged the youths to  develop interest in agriculture outside their normal trade because the landscape of the district is endowed with  fertility therefore the youths must capitalized on it.

 

.He opined the journey of success of mankind is not all about ones ability to climb high on the ladder of education but rather with equal determination on ones trade of choice success could be achieved.


He finally advised the youths parliamentarians to leave good and exemplary lifestyle  so that other youths in the district could equally emulate. 
  

Mis Marian Charisma Ofori the coordinator for the Sekyere Central District Youth Parliament  unveiled that the rate of teenage pregnancy is very high in the district  therefore they would embark on intensive education to help subdue the menace.
