RANSBOAT &CO.LTD HAS ORGANISED A DAY SENSITIZATION PROGRAM FOR ITS RETAILERS ACROSS THE NATION


  The RANSBOAT &CO.LTD, a renowned agro- chemicals distributing agency in Ghana has organized award ceremony and a sensitization event for its astute retailers across the nation specifically on 2020 subsides on their items.Then intense of the company is to complement the efforts of the government in its quest of improving the status of agriculture in the country therefore there is a need for them to work along with the government policies and programs.
   The the motive behind the award presentation was to acknowledge the efforts of their retailers for remaining trust-wealthy in the course of their business.The event which took place at EJURA in the Ashanti Region were attended by Mr Ransford Atiemo-Managing Director of RANSBOAT&CO.LTD ,Hon Salisu Bamba the MCE for Ejura Sekyere Dumase ,Hon Thomas Appiah Kubi the MCE for Ashanti Mampong,Mrs Lois Karikari -Ashanti Regional MoFA Director in charge of crops and Mr O'Brien Nyarko the Oti Regional Director of MoFA,some traditional authorities and other stakeholders.                                                                   
     At the event,the Oti Regional Director For The Ministry of Food and Agriculture Mr O'Brien Nyarko  appealed to the government to assist farmers who have the zeal of expanding their territory in the flagship program dubbed"PLANTING for FOOD AND JOBS.
  He explained that,his auspices had embarked on a survey on how the flagship program could reach its peak and some farmers were grieving that, the support of the  government is not enough for them to do with more acreages therefore they would wish the government would throw its weight behind them.

 He also stated emphatically that,the flagship program had indeed yielded positive results for the national in terms of food yields and provision of jobs to many youths across the length and breath of the country.Seed producers can now boast of their booming trade since most of agriculture food crop producers rely mostly on them for the improved and resistance seeds
  He brought fore this during interactions with Omono Tv .

                     

The General Manager of the RANSBOAT CO.LTD Mr Teddy Addai Elijah also called on the government to adopt pragmatic measures to provide intensive education to farmers especially on how they could embraced new variety of seeds and modern method of farming.According to him farmers hardly succumb to changes which are equally prudent to their trade with the assertion that the inventions could be inimical to their known practices and is a detrimental to farming activities that needs to be exonerated.Since the inception of the company several farmers had enjoyed their services  to the brim point especially in times of shortage of government inputs provisions.Their timelines proficiency services is contributory factory to the growth of the national food bucket.
 
                                                     
     Hon Salisu Bamba the MCE for the Ejura Sekyere Dumase municipality unveiled that,the PLANTING FOR FOOD JOBS PROGRAM had indeed expanded the local economy as traders  from the nearby countries namely Mali,Niger,Burkinafaso and many others ply their trade with them and is something which the municipality can boast of  as unprecedented with regards to yield of farm produce.He also eulogized the
 RANSBOAT&CO.LTD for their vehement contribution towards the aspiration of the government on agriculture.

ASHANTI DEVELOPMENT HAS CONSTRUCTED MBU FOR THE MAMPONG GOV'T HOSPITAL AT COST OF GHC9MILLION
