FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS MUST INTENSIFY THEIR SECURITY MEASURES _MCE

                                                      

   The Municipal Chief Executive for the Kwabre East Assembly Hon Nana Osei Asibey Bonsu had called on the Financial Institutions in Ghana to intensify their security measures to help avoid future catastrophes 

 

 He bemoaned that amid the  disturbances been exhibited  by the NDC after mouth the general elections some recalcitrant through that had started setting some market  places ablaze as a means of  causing instability in the country. 


   "We had gathered security intelligence that the recent fire outbreaks were  planned and orchestrated by unknown recalcitrant and they had decided to extend it to the financial Institutions hence his assertion".

He continued that it would be suicidal to the economy of the country if such tragedies happens therefore they should not lukewarm on their security measures

 

   He brought fore this during interactions with Omono tv at the Annual General Meeting of the Sekyere Rural Bank Ltd at Mampenase. 


 Dr Francis Denteh the board Chairman for the Sekyere Rural Bank unveiled to the media that from the beginning of next year they would be inducting  their system into the digitization stream to enable access to their services more easier.

 

 This he said would enable transactions between the bank and their customers to be more convenient irrespective of ones  jurisdictions.


   According to him the invasion of  the COVID_19 meted out some FINANCIAL  challenge to some banks but with their resilient management they were able to sustain their goals of momentum to profit making status.

    The General Manager of the company Mr Michael Aidoo acknowledged the efforts of their clients and shareholders  for their relentless support since their inception.

 

  According to him ,the success of the bank  has been the consist partnership of their cherished customers therefore all efforts needed to run to their in times of need would be improved.
